Batch property listing posters: AI data preparation and quality checks

Batch design starts with a table containing one property per row. Standardise price, area and photo identifiers, test three records, then scale only after figures, units and images match.
1. Separate raw fields from display text
Keep ID, project, price, currency, area, unit, layout, availability, confirmation date and photo filename. Add display fields such as RM680,000 and 950 sqft. AI organises the supplied facts; it must not invent parking, area or promotions.
2. Test three records before expanding
Test a normal record, the longest project name and a missing-price record. Map text fields to the template. Exclude missing prices from export and ensure the long name does not obscure figures. Even when the design tool supports bulk generation, verify photographs by property ID.
3. Check availability and version before export
Check price, area, photo and contact details on every poster, then confirm the unit is still available and the price current. Name files by ID and date, keeping the table, design and export together. Update from the source table rather than patching one figure on an old image.
A reusable AI prompt
Organise the supplied records into ID, project, price, currency, area, unit, layout, status, confirmation date, photo filename, price display and area display. Preserve values and units. Mark missing data “to confirm” and list records unsuitable for publication with reasons.
Practice and acceptance criteria
Teaching data: A01 = RM680,000, 950 sqft, A01.jpg; A02 = RM720,000, 1,020 sqft, A02.jpg; A03 has no price. Pass when the first two posters match every field, A03 is excluded and figures are readable on mobile. Feature access depends on the current design tool and account.
FAQ
Does bulk generation guarantee correct photos?
No. Compare the image, ID and price with the source record for every poster.
An agent’s follow-up message
I have organised the confirmed listings. Shortlist by budget and space, then send me the IDs so I can confirm current prices and viewing times.
