Your questions, answered.
What are the price references?
The June 2026 sales kit lists Phase 1 terrace homes from RM803,000 and cluster homes from RM957,000 gross. Those are Phase 1 references, not confirmed Phase 2 prices. The fact sheet dated 17 July 2026 lists Semi-D Type B at RM994,000–RM1,136,000 gross. Ask for the current written quotation for your chosen Phase 2 unit.
What packages are listed for Phase 2?
The October 2026 package lists an 8% standard rebate plus a 1% special rebate for new buyers of Phase 2 terrace and semi-detached homes. Other buyer categories have different terms. Confirm eligibility, calculation and validity in the written offer.
Why do some plans show different sizes?
The earlier Semi-D preview shows 2,476 sq ft, while the later fact sheet lists Type B at 2,495 sq ft. The show and sample homes also have larger 35′ × 75′ lots than the typical Phase 2 32′ × 73′ lot. Use your selected unit’s approved plan and sale documents for final measurements.
When will Phase 2 be completed?
The general project materials refer to August 2028, but a separate Phase 2 completion commitment has not been verified here. Confirm the schedule stated in your unit’s sale agreement before planning your move.
What maintenance charges apply?
The project information lists an indicative RM0.10 per sq ft. Confirm the chargeable area, sinking-fund treatment and monthly amount for your selected lot.
Can I arrange a viewing?
