What is the gross price range?
The IQI project summary dated 16 July 2026 lists RM374,680–RM551,520. Available units and their current gross prices must be reconfirmed.
Is it freehold and residential title?
Yes. Both freehold tenure and residential title are stated in the project summary.
When is completion expected?
The July 2026 summary indicates Q1 2027. The earlier brochure carries an older completion estimate, so refer to the current sale documents for contractual terms.
How many car parks are included?
The summary lists two car parks for Blocks B1 and B2, with tandem arrangements for some units. Block B3 allocations vary, including units with one car park. Confirm the exact allocation for your chosen unit.
What is the maintenance fee?
The summary indicates RM0.20 per sq ft plus 10% sinking fund, marked to be confirmed. Request the current rate before purchase.
Can I view a show unit?
A Type B show unit is available according to the summary. Visits should be arranged in advance; your appointment will be confirmed personally.
