Who can buy a state unit (PN1)?
Malaysian citizens aged 21 and above who were born in or live in Penang, are registered Penang voters, work in Penang, with combined household income up to RM12,000. Applications are approved by LPNPP.
Who can buy a public unit (PN4)?
Malaysian citizens aged 21 and above with combined household income up to RM20,000. Each buyer may own only one PN4 unit.
